Lawful Legal is an independent, student-run organization that uses blogs and infographics to explain law to laypeople. We also publish annual periodicals that serve as a platform for academics from several faculties, in addition to research articles, opinion blogs, case commentary, constitutional analysis, and essays.
Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Legal News Writer. The News Writer will be responsible for researching and writing news articles, press releases, and communicating effectively.
Qualifications
- News Writing and Journalism skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in Press Releases and Communications is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing one)
- Knowledge of legal principles and ability to read and interpret legal documents is a plus
