Job Description:

As the General Manager of Sourcing for Fabric, Trims, Purchase, and Logistics, you will play a strategic role in our organization's supply chain management. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a track record of stability and a minimum of 5 years of experience in each company, ensuring a strong commitment to roles and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Management:
• Oversee the sourcing process for woven fabrics, trims, and yarns, with a specific focus on home textiles.
• Supplier Relationship:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fabric and trim suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality standards.
• Purchase Operations:
• Lead purchase operations, optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of sourced materials.
• Supply Chain Optimization:
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance:
• Work closely with quality control teams to establish and maintain stringent quality standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Vendor Management:
• Assess and onboard new vendors, continually evaluating and improving the vendor base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of overall experience in sourcing, with a minimum of 5 years in each company, showcasing stability in previous roles.
• Expertise in sourcing woven fabrics and yarn for home textiles is crucial.
• Proven leadership experience in managing sourcing teams and supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of purchase operations and logistics coordination.
