Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager
Responsibilities: Lead the execution of Scrum methodologies, utilizing collaboration and project management tools such as JIRA to ensure timely delivery of projects. Manage delivery processes, effectively removing blockers and facilitating communication between multiple internal and external teams. Define, plan, and manage change initiatives, mitigating risks associated with delivering major organizational transformations. Utilize your expertise in finance domain application delivery to drive successful project outcomes. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate project goals, progress, and challenges to stakeholders. Oversee medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable results. Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 9+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical delivery within the finance domain. Proven expertise in executing Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean. Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as JIRA. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading medium to large-scale projects. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CSM) is preferred.
