In two years, Airblack's beauty academy has trained over 35,000 students in 200+ cities as Makeup Artists, helping them start their businesses either as freelancers, studio owners, or earning influencers.

Who are we looking for? At Airblack, we're entering a path of exponential growth , building a one-stop learning platform for entrepreneurs and creators. We are looking at building an in-house studio of the best content creators and designers to join our team and scale our visual aptitude. You will build and create a groundbreaking content platform in the beauty space. We are looking for someone who thinks creatively and has a growth mindset. You would be wearing multiple hats at the same time, and would be juggling between different projects across functions. If this sounds like someone like you, we would love to meet you! What would you be doing? The role involves creating visually appealing, on-brand, and strategy-focused creatives for various platforms, while adhering to consistent branding guidelines and design standards. You'll be working on creatives for websites, web pages, social media, email marketing creatives, email templates, social media graphics, and promotional ads. You will collaborate with the brand and growth team to create the final design, ensuring that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with the brand's vision. Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team to translate requirements into compelling campaigns and designs, the goal is to optimize the design and user experience. You'll be working on illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand using appropriate brand colors and layouts. What makes you a suitable candidate? 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity. Previous experience in the beauty industry or with top agencies would be considered a valuable asset. You have experience working on Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma. Strong understanding of color theory, layout, and visual composition. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Effective communication skills to articulate ideas and present design concepts to stakeholders. Why should you join Airblack?
