Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated and wellspoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads communicating with customers understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for converting prequalified leads and generating new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.

Job Description

• Sales &ndash Talk to the existing missed & new customers daily and identify their requirements
• Progressing on the identified requirements technically & commercially
• Maintaining good relationship with customers to understand their concerns and have them addressed.
• Send renewal notifications to customer periodically and followup
• Should be target oriented and be able to drive the set objectives independently
• Should comply to the MIS reporting
• Should be able to gather market intelligence of the opportunities
• Should be responsible and accountable for revenues margins & collections
• To ensure 100% ontime collections
• Owning up the opportunities through successful POC till submitting commercial proposals
• Should be ready to learn develop and grow skills required for the job

Qualification Certification & Experience Required

Educational Qualification : Any Graduation Bachelors Degree in Finance / Accounts

Certification Requirement : Well experienced with web presentation tools and CRM

Required Experience : Min 1 Year of relevant experience Prior experience as an Inside Sales Representative
