Job Description

Working in Applications Support requires creative and critical thinking skills to maintain application systems that are crucial to the daily operations. You'll work collaboratively with a wide range of teams to remediate application and data issues as they arise to ensure applications availability and to ensure that the SLAs are met. You'll also work to support the AD team during the applications development lifecycle.

As a Application Support at JPMorgan Chase, in the CORPORATE TECHNOLOGY Team which is aligned   DATA PLATFORM Team  you are part of an agile team that works to enhance, design, and deliver the software components of the firm’s state-of-the-art technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As an emerging member of a software engineering team, you execute software solutions through the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of multiple components within a technical product, application, or system, while gaining the skills and experience needed to grow within your role.
