Job description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a leading Hotel Group.

Job Profile: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract quality candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members. Manage the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding procedures. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to enhance recruitment strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience (5 to 7 years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles. Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
