Job description

Roles & responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.

Proven experience of working as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or a related role.

Exceptional knowledge of working with Windows/ Linux and Mac OS systems.

Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.

Strong knowledge on troubleshooting. desktop and laptop support.

Candidates who have worked previously as a technical support will be an added advantage

Proficient knowledge of computer systems and their peripherals such as a printer, scanner, etc.

Experience with various network connections addressing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best solutions to their queries.

Proficient knowledge of antivirus software.

Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Flexible to support operations as it is a "WORK FROM OFFICE".

Work Location: Mumbai and Bangalore
