FinAGG is a fast-growing, profitable, startup in the cash flow credit (working capital) space Location NCR, Noida .
FinAGG is looking for a candidate for the role of CREDIT MANAGER who handle CREDIT Team Job Description : The role is to own the credit decision engine and risk management practice within FinAGG. This will be based on Cash Flow Based underwriting & risk assessment. This role requires a prior experience with either credit analysis of SMEs or credit underwriting in a tech driven lending company. If you have an experience in traditional lending and strongly believe that technology can improve the decision making, or you already have quantitative risk analysis background and willing to take the challenge to create a new lending category, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities : • Developing and improving the credit decision framework • Perform Risk Analytics & implement the observations by discussing the same with Business, Credit, Collection Teams • Build scorecards & closely monitor / take up initiatives to build new models / Scorecards • Cash Flow analysis to determine creditworthiness of customers • Prioritize to complete and quickly respond on any ad-hoc requests received. Attention to detail and highlight all meaningful details to maintain accuracy. Minimum Qualifications : • Work experience of 5+ plus years in SME/corporate credit roles across fin-techs, NBFCs or banks • Preference to CA/MBA finance candidates • Should have sound knowledge on Credit and Risk Assessment • Efficient in MS Office; should be expert in Excel.
