IT Infrastructure Administrator - Location: Pune (working US hours)
General requirement Good core IT knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and computer support IT Infrastructure all rounder with experience of Systems Administration (Server) and Networking technologies Experience of hybrid environments (M365/On Prem AD) Strong communication skills to enable collaboration with peers in EU, AP and Americas Follow documented best practices and where appropriate suggest enhancements Work well independently. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills Specific skill sets Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support in a similar environment Degree or equivalent - preferably within IT. Relevant IT Certifications (eg CCNA, Microsoft, VMWare) Self-Motivated Work on own initiative and as a member of small team. Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking and critical thinking Strong knowledge of server OS (eg Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies (eg VMware, Hyper-V) Experience of managing and supporting a VoIP phone system Experience of configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewallsJob tags
