Job description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Rankmantra.
- As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to identify new opportunities and build relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales goals
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management
