Job description

As Sr. IT Manager you will be responsible for ensuring JetSynthesys users, clients, and partners are adequately supported in all systems and software offerings also be responsible for managing support staff as well as assisting in making strategic IT decisions in agreement with your inline manager.

· Ability to demonstrate project management handling cross-organization, cross-application, technology delivery, change management, release management & production quality management, network design, application development, system management, resource planning, and capital appropriations.

· Maintain ISO 27001 standard for IT operations with regular evidence and audit reports for evaluation

· Utilize project management methodologies to implement operational excellence initiatives that drove cost reductions throughout the IT landscape of the organization.

· Ability to maintain hybrid connectivity between cloud & on-prem servers, core services including connectivity, applications, and services hosted in both cloud and bare-metal environments.

· Provided availability, performance, monitoring, and capacity planning analysis and reporting for systems and applications hosted in the on-premises as well as cloud environments.

· Forged infrastructure standardization, evaluating technology and architecture falling outside enterprise infrastructure plan and leading migration to approved technologies.

· Created SDLC and Enterprise Architecture standards and policies, and established collaboration and communication strategies for co-development and system implementations.

· Design, develop, implement, and coordinate policies and procedures for all areas of information technology to assure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance; assure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Produce and maintain technical and procedural documentation as required

· Work closely with engineering and gaming teams to ensure the integrity of soon-to-be-released / procurement hardware and software and resolve existing issues with SLAs.

· Managed daily IT operations with accountability for overall quality of service delivery, systems infrastructure, and implementation of technology strategies.

· Periodic review of current technology infrastructure and contracts to find cost savings and improve service delivery and customer experience.

· Periodic IT security assessments and enhancing capabilities to detect and prevent security breaches.

· Periodic update on security patches across systems,hardware-devices keeping the environment safe

· Provide management and guidance for IT support of desk-based computer hardware and software, diagnosing and solving issues and escalating to 3rd Line where appropriate for internal/external users.

· Provide 2nd line of application support across all business systems, diagnosing and solving basic application issues and routing/escalating where appropriate.

· Work with and develop 2nd line support staff in regard to Network analysis, assisting with network, servers, VMware, MS Exchange, data communication links, and other infrastructure services as required.

· Log and track all incidents and requests on the Helpdesk system, providing regular updates to the customer and ensuring SLA's are met and ensuring that support staff is adequately doing the same.

· User admin including Active Directory admin, password resets, network drive mapping any other tasks as required.

· Work with staff to ensure SLAs are met and a consistent IT service is delivered to the customer.

· Maintain a knowledge base of reoccurring issues & their associated fixes whilst investigating root causes.

· Carry out daily operational tasks, user administration and system monitoring to ensure the effective operation of IT systems and facilities.

· Carry out IT installations, implementations, configuration & roll outs & other technical duties as required.

· Manage all aspects of the implementation and operation of information and functional systems for the organization, including software applications, network, phone systems and end-user computers.

· Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments within the organization as well as multiple outside IT service providers.

· Provide help desk and technical services assistance to on-site and remote employees and various Jetsynthesys offices.

· Ensure security of information technology assets, data, network access, and backup systems and supervise agreed audits to verify the security of internal and external systems.

· Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational growth.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain an IT roadmap.

· Manage annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Must skills:

Azure, AWS cloud (L2), DAAS, SSO, ISO27001, MS 365 Admin, Monitoring tool, CCNA, CISM, Network security and architecture design and implementation experience, Server management, Active directory and similar tools
