Job description
Profile: Tele counsellor
Location: Baner, Pune
Responsibilities
1. Calling the database of leads across all centers and converting leads to walk-ins and walk-ins to enrolled students. Should be comfortable making 120-150 calls a day or even higher if the situation demands.
2. Creating awareness amongst students regarding USMLE and brand awareness by giving all relevant and factually correct information.
3. Entering all relevant data into the company CRM and following all other protocols with respect to lead and student management. Will be expected to create timely reports and share the same with the Reporting Manager.
4. Achieving targets assigned.
5. Willingness to travel to a specific center (for a limited time as per situation demands).
5. Any other responsibilities assigned by the HO & Reporting Manager from time to time.
