- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with emerging corporate clients, understanding their financial needs, objectives, and requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and offering tailored financial solutions
- Business Development:Identify opportunities for business growth within the emerging corporate segment, leveraging market insights, industry trends, and client feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, expand market share, and increase revenue generation
- Financial Advisory Services:Provide financial advisory services to emerging corporate clients, including capital structuring, cash management, risk mitigation, and investment strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit analysis, risk management, and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
- Credit Analysis and Risk Assessment:Assess the creditworthiness of emerging corporate clients, analyzing financial statements, cash flows, credit histories, and industry benchmarks
- Evaluate credit risks, exposures, and collateral requirements, adhering to risk management policies, regulatory guidelines, and credit underwriting standards
- Product and Service Offerings:Recommend and promote relevant banking products and services to meet the financial needs of emerging corporate clients, including lending solutions, trade finance, treasury services, and investment products
- Customize product offerings and service packages based on client requirements, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
- Compliance and Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, banking laws, and internal policies governing client relationships, transactions, and financial services
- Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to client interactions, transactions, and compliance activities
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers, associates, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and client-centricity
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including credit risk, legal, compliance, and operations, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and deliver seamless client experiences
