Role Description

The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between the board of directors and company shareholders. This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur.

• Experience in corporate governance and compliance
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
