Job description

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Manager - Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth within the Karnataka banking sector.

- Lead a dynamic team, combining marketing efforts with effective sales tactics.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.

- Graduation from a recognized university.

- Proven success in marketing and sales, preferably in the banking sector.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of Karnataka's banking and financial sector.

Compensation:
