Job description

1. Video Content Creation:

Conceptualizing, planning, and producing engaging video content that aligns with HealthSys brand identity and messaging.

Collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Developing creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.

2. Video Editing:

Editing raw footage to create high-quality videos for various purposes, such as marketing campaigns, educational materials, reels, shorts, training videos, and internal communications.

Cutting and arranging footage to ensure seamless transitions, pacing, and flow.

Adding visual effects, graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance the overall production value of videos.

3. Post-Production:

Color grading and correcting footage to maintain visual consistency and quality.

Adjusting audio levels, including voiceovers, background music, and sound effects.

Optimizing video files for different platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility and optimal playback quality.

4. Content Optimization:

Collaborating with the social media team to optimize video content for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Incorporating relevant keywords, tags, and descriptions to improve discoverability and search engine optimization (SEO).

5. Quality Control:

Reviewing and revising video drafts based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Conducting quality checks to identify and address any technical or creative issues before finalizing videos for distribution.

6. Asset Management:

Organizing and managing video assets, including raw footage, graphics, music tracks, and project files, in a structured and accessible manner.

Maintaining a library of reusable assets for future video projects, streamlining production workflows and efficiency.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deadlines.

Providing regular updates on project progress and seeking feedback to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Collaborating with other creative professionals, such as graphic designers, animators, and scriptwriters, to produce cohesive multimedia content.

8. Stay Updated on Industry Trends and infusing Creativity:

Keeping abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video production and editing.

Experimenting with new tools and software to enhance productivity and creativity.

9. Adherence to Policies and Guidelines:

Ensuring compliance with copyright laws, licensing agreements, and organizational policies governing the use of third-party content in video productions.

Protecting sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with company policies and regulations.
