Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Rana Realtors, located in Mumbai. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, product, and design, to develop and manage marketing programs across multiple channels. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Experience with digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns Team management experience, with the ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a team Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze marketing performance metrics and use data to drive decision-making Proven ability to think creatively and innovatively, and take calculated risks to achieve business goals Real estate industry experience is a plusJob tags
