Job Description:
We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a flair for sales and store management. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions while managing the store's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in clients to understand their requirements and provide custom design solutions.
- Create and present 2D and 3D drawings, along with accurate quotations based on client specifications.
- Demonstrate exceptional sales skills in promoting our products and services.
- Manage and maintain the store to ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and modular kitchen solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in modular kitchen design.
- Strong sales acumen and experience in client management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and accessories used in modular kitchens.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in and knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
