We are a leading Accounting and Tax Consultancy Firm in UAE and UK, specializing in providing essential financial and compliance services to micro and small businesses in the UAE and UK. Our comprehensive range of services includes TRN registration, Corporate tax registration, VAT return filing, CT return filing, Tax Accounting, Accounting supervision, Year end Accounting, Payroll processing, Financial auditing, AML registration and reporting, and ESR Notification and reporting, etc. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

KPIs :

Achieve your KPIs accordingly to sales plan

Product Knowledge:

Continuously update and deepen knowledge of our services, staying informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.

Understand the features and benefits of each service to effectively communicate them to potential clients.

Market Analysis :

Conduct regular reviews of industry trends and competitor activities.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance our competitive advantage.

Lead Conversion:

Qualify potential leads form leads generated through internal and external sources.

Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into paying clients.

Database Building :

Build and maintain a database of potential clients and leads.

Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date with accurate information.

Client Engagement :

Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.

Understand clients' needs and assist client to choose right service offerings to meet their specific requirements.

Regular Review and Reporting :

Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the management team.

Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices.

Continuous Learning :

Stay updated on industry developments, tax regulations, and market trends.

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the financial or consulting sector.

Strong knowledge of tax and financial services is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
