Job description

S/he collaborates with proposal teams at each stage of the sales process to write and edit RFx responses, oral presentations, and other sales related materials, while ensuring compliance, consistency of messaging, and alignment with client objective

Key Skills

Participates in proposal storyline sessions with sales team, solution managers, Enterprise Architect and key stakeholders to clarify proposed solution, approach, products, and services
Good understanding of IT industry
Familiarity with latest IT concepts and terminology ( Cloud, ITSM, SAP, Infra sourcing etc)
Participate in win theme workshop and ensure that its reflected in the response
Develop a style and tone for individual proposal response
Writes compliant, compelling, and client-centric responses aligned to the proposed solution Incorporates storytelling into responses, as appropriate
Transforms technical solutions, delivery methodologies, sales strategies, and win themes into easily understandable and readable responses
Collaborates with the proposal team to ensure compliance, consistency, and messaging integration
Proofreads and edits proposal sections for clarity, concision, and consistency
Work closely with Visual Design teams in coming up with right representation Helps in creating re-usable library and contribute to faster proposal development
