Job brief:
- We are looking for a sales expert in real estate world with multi zone sales experience who can expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.
- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the sales, documentation & operation while taking accountability for reaching targets.
- You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals.
- Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities / Key Area Responsibilities:
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Support Brand license Sales Managers / Executives with day-to-day Sales Operation
- Evaluate individual performances & Follows the sales process with prospective thoroughly.
- Report on regional sales results & Forecast daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports with accuracy and on time to time sending it to the Top management. Reports should clearly indicate the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and the centers.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
- Travel across Region and Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Open to Make 2nd level onwards closure callings or take Virtual Meetings to/with the Potential Investors explain them about our products/services and what we are offering. Be the brand ambassador for particular brands represented
- Should be able find or suggest Property, Legal View, Layout, Hiring, Training and Marketing plan also make sure Successful Launch.
- Should be able to close the deal and take care of the documentations & operations till Launch of the particular Business Vertical.
- Works closely with the Directors of Business Verticals or Managing Directors of Franchise Development on strategic initiatives to achieve goals
- The above KRA is not limited to only this rest will be given or change on timely basis.
Key Area Indicators
1) Accountable for the performance of business in the East, West, North & South Region ( Heading City in any one region )
2) Focused towards delivering both operational and sales efficiency across all business centers
3) Maximize both sales and profit potential from the region through an engaged sales team.
4) Networking with partners such as IPCs, Corporates to make FTV Brand the preferred partner
5) Provide leadership through dedicated focus towards understanding customer & marketing requirements & tailoring solutions to meet the ever changing requirements.
6) Coach and develop the sales skills of team by continually raising the level of sales & business acumen within the Company
7) Drive the delivery of center readiness and customer service standards across own area of responsibility. Oversee the correct implementation of operational processes & procedures.
8) Ensure a great customer experience in the region resulting in achieving high customer retention and other operational KPI.
9) Manage the activity/productivity and overall performance of sales & operations teams. Recruit, train, coach and support growth & development. Ensure individual and team performance exceeds expectations
Requirements and skills
- Proven work 6+ years of experience in real estate industry or similar senior sales role
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Understanding of store Sales & operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team who have worked on Mandate sales
- Excellent communication skills with Industry knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Graduate or MBA in a related field is desired or Bachelor degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Able to travel- Will attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects as necessary.
