Responsibilities Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing channels to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns. Content Creation And Management Generate engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including website, social media, blogs, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall marketing strategy. SEO And SEM Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and implement SEO best practices to improve the company's organic search visibility. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI. Social Media Management Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to enhance social media effectiveness. Email Marketing Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive customer retention. Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize engagement. Analytics And Reporting Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement. Collaboration With Cross-functional Teams Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation activities. Collaborate with graphic designers, web developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing collateral. Budget Management Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for various channels and campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of online marketing trends and best practices.
