Job description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with existing and potential clients to grow business for the company. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals. You will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue. You will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to acquire new clients Identify and pursue business opportunities in the financial consulting industry Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders Understand client needs and tailor financial consulting solutions to meet those needs Collaborate with other teams in the company to develop client proposals, presentations, and pitches Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape Track and report on business development metrics, such as revenue growth and client acquisition

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field A minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in business development or sales in the financial consulting industry preferably in consulting firms Proven track record of acquiring new clients and increasing revenue Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of financial consulting services and industry trends
