Responsibilities

· Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the production team

· Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and customer demands

· Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations

· Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

· Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment

· Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to maximize productivity and quality

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to production team members

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

· Proven experience in production management, preferably in the textiles industry
