Position Overview:
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at FinesseFleet, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological direction of our innovative learning platform. This is initially a remote, voluntary position with no compensation. However, as FinesseFleet begins to generate revenue, there is a commitment to provide compensation, and based on performance, the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
1. **Technology Leadership:** Provide visionary leadership in technology strategy, guiding the development and implementation of innovative solutions aligned with FinesseFleet's mission and goals.
2. **Team Building:** Recruit, organize, and lead teams of Software Engineers, Managers, and other relevant roles. Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture.
3. **Learning Application Development:** Spearhead the creation of a cutting-edge learning application that aligns with FinesseFleet's educational philosophy. This includes overseeing the entire development lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment.
4. **Technology Stack Management:** Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms to ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of FinesseFleet's technology infrastructure.
5. **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and incorporate technological solutions that enhance overall organizational efficiency.
6. **Quality Assurance:** Implement robust testing processes and quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability and performance of the learning application.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within the technology domain.
2. Strong background in software development, with hands-on experience in coding and development.
3. Experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
4. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute innovative technology solutions.
5. Familiarity with EdTech trends and a passion for transforming education through technology.
