As a Marketing Delivery Assoc Sr at JP Morgan Chase within Consumer & Community Banking, You will lead a team of analysts to ensure our marketing collateral, including ads, emails, and microsites, are compliant and customer-friendly. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring all content has the appropriate legal footnotes and disclosures. Your role will be pivotal in identifying opportunities to improve processes, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, all while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job responsibilities

• Manage end to end delivery of marketing collaterals with legal language & disclosures while ensuring organizational guidelines
• Drive excellence through highest standards of quality, efficiency with regard to creative execution, production and file/asset management and incorporate best practices for manage our library of footnotes / legal disclosures. 
• Develop talent with subject matter expertise in analyzing marketing creatives (messaging, imagery, offers, premiums) and legal disclosure language to deliver best in class footnotes / legal disclosures. 
• Improving and strengthening our end-to-end processes for indication, creating efficiencies and standards for the team and our partners to use. 
• Be results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Demonstrate they are customer-obsessed by understanding the customer experience

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 8+ years of experience in creative strategy and disclosure language with legal perspective, campaign management marketing, advertising, media, agency preferably in Financial Services
• 2+ years of people leadership experience with strong collaboration & communication skills across multiple stakeholders to manage the SLA for all the marketing deliverables while having a strong eye on data driven insights into process efficiencies  
• Experience in managing various stages of campaigns is a plus – Initiation, building, creative/content building, data extraction, completion working with multiple stakeholders
• Have a proven ability to operate in a process-oriented & fast paced environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer.
• End to end ownership & management of marketing delivery work flow using various tools
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn is a must
• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in marketing required
