Position Overview

The Technical Sales coordinator/administrative support is responsible for customer service and technical sales functions for Morgan Truck Body. The position is responsible for providing support to the current Technical Sales team, Finance and Engineering departments. Responsibilities include administrative support for a handful of detailed, time-consuming, yet critical technical sales duties. This role will also closely interface with Regional Sales Managers and with the Northeast distributor network. The successful candidate will have demonstrated strong customer service skills, as well as strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and manage a high volume of email and email correspondence, communication is key.
  2. Answer phone calls in a timely manner; return calls promptly, when required
  3. Work closely with Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), distributor network and customers to provide customer support on all levels
  4. Respond promptly and process quickly all administrative tasks, such as but not limited to, cancellations, credit memos, change orders, manual invoices, new customer master set up.

5. Other duties as assigned once determined actionable.
