Job description

1. Source and vet candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline with pace and at scale.
2. Stay active current with industry trends, social networks, and platforms to find talent
3. Extract necessary information from the business to build a profile to hunt and engage talent prospects.
4. Take ownership of delivery plus candidate's experience through the best practices for engagements
5. Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
6. Meet metrics established to drive results.
7. Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them

You must have

• 06 month - 05 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for technology roles in an agency or a start-up environment.
• Experience leveraging sourcing tools, including Boolean strings, x-ray search, headhunting and social media recruiting, etc.
• Personable and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances.
• Strong ability to identify and close high potential candidates.
