Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist located in Trivandrum. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive affiliate acquisition and retention. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will develop and implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance and monitor metrics to ensure KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• Digital Marketing, Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in online marketing and performance optimization
• Analytical skills to monitor and report on affiliate performance metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other related platforms
