Role Description

The Placement Head at Accurate Group of Institutions is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Noida. The Placement Head will be responsible for managing proper training and placement for B.TECH and MBA students. He should be responsible for development of processes related to industry engagements and placements, and actively pursuing existing and emerging opportunities in the placements domain.

CANDIDATE FROM EDUCATION INDUSTRY IS PREFERRED

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, with preference given to those with degrees in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar fields
• 5+ years of experience working with educational institutions for placements of B.TECH and MBA students
• Proven success in building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners to secure employment opportunities for students in a higher education environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage placements of Min 500 Management and Engineering students
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant industry trends, hiring practices and policies, and national/international regulatory requirements related to placements
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a passion for improving the professional growth and employment prospects of students
