Designation : Production Supervisor / Engineer

Qualification : BE / Diploma - Mechanical

Salary CTC : Negotiable 

Job Description :

Objective-  To ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently

1. To plan and organise production schedules
2. Estimating, Negotiating and Agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
3. To ensure health and safety regulations
4. To determine quality control standards
5. To oversee production process
6. Renegotiating timescales or schedules as and when required
7. To analyse and raise the material requirement to Purchase Department
8. Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
9. supervising the work of junior staff
10. Organising relevant training sessions
