Role Description We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Bench Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing and sales, with a proven track record of success in bench sales. The Bench Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by promoting our consultants on bench to prospective clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Qualifications Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills. Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events. Negotiate contract terms and rates with clients to maximize revenue and profitability. Collaborate with recruiters to align consultant skills with client needs and ensure timely submission of resumes. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Experience in hiring top-tier talent for clients Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights. Account Management and Communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the IT industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Job tags
