Job description
Maintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements
Responsible for continuing programs of exploration for new materials, suppliers, and processes to achieve the best possible quality, reliability, prices, continuity, and delivery Establishes procedures and supervises the annual physical inventory Supervise, evaluate and coach staff members Interfaces with product line coordinators on the planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications Ensures that the company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all materials department functions To maintain GMP & GHK of entire store. Arrange quotations of materials and raise PO after approval from management. Take follow ups with the Vendors according to PO for material. Ensure proper Receiving of material, Storage Material at designated area, display Lot no.Provide to Production as per requirement. Arrange vehicles and dispatches of finished products to various locations. Responsible for Inventory compliance physical v/s Records 100%. Materials layout with ABC analysis. Materials issue according to FIFO &FEFO system. Proper follow up of Returnable material, which is sent for repair. Maintain minimum and maximum stock level of RM PM, Consumables and Machine spares items. Ensure verification bills from Plant Head and submission to account department for payment process. Education: - Any Graduate [Preferred from Technical background & Supply Change Management] Required Skill Customer service-oriented Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems Knowledgeable of forecasting and budgeting Ability to solve problems swiftly Working knowledge of ERP Excellent organizational and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft OfficeJob tags
