Tender Manager Job Description
- Searching / Identification of Tenders for Domestic & Global Projects.
- Checking the eligibility criteria of the proposed tenders in respect of Technical & Financial basis and whether fulfilling the requirements as per the Client.
- Preparing RFPs & RFQs for Management Approvals and maintaining tender records whether it is approved / not approved.
- Preparation of Technical Documentation for Domestic & Global Tenders.
- Preparation of documentation for Contractor Registrations in various departments in various states for the participation of tenders.
- Collection of Machinery availability status with Mechanical & Purchase Department (Collection of the invoice, road permits, if required as per time to time).
- Coordinating with the HR Department to get the Manpower details for Preparing Technical documentation.
- Collecting of RA Bills for all ongoing projects in each vertical with their respective heads.
- Coordinating with Accounts & Finance Departments for collecting the Bank Guarantees towards Bid Security / EMDs and etc.
- Preparation of Tender Documents Packaging during the Tender (physical) submissions.
- e-tendering submissions.
- Adept in managing technological aspects of Mining & Industrial projects from concept to completion.
- Proficient in drafting proposals and preparing detailed bids for multiple mining and Construction projects
- Sound knowledge of bids and proposals pertaining to Mining and construction industries
- Well Versed in Contract Management
Secondary Responsibilities Tender Documents Submission, courier tracking and etc.
Maintaining Documentation, records & proper filing etc.
Coordinating with the Contracts department in preparation of Contract Agreements.
Doing sub-contract agreements
