Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Cybersecurity Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building a solid sales pipeline, and closing deals to drive our company’s growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through various channels, including networking, social media, and industry events.
  
• Work closely with the cybersecurity team to understand our services deeply and effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
  
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including proposal development and negotiation.
  
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of new leads generated per month.
  
• Conversion rate from lead to opportunity.
  
• Number of deals closed and revenue generated.
  
• Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  

Key Results Indicators (KRIs):

• Growth in sales pipeline size and quality.
  
• Increase in market share within the cybersecurity industry.
  
• Consistent achievement of or exceeding sales targets.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with a background in cybersecurity or IT sales.
  
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, trends, and the competitive landscape.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
