In addition, we've recently introduced 'Krystallos,' our natural quartz engineered stone line, to meet the growing demand for natural quartz surfaces. This particular post is related to hiring of Factory manager for Krystallos Factory Manager.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Factory Manager. The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing manufacturing operations, implementing production planning, ensuring quality control measures, and conducting operations management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in factory management or related field
• Experience in the construction or Quartz industry is a plus
• Experience in Production Planning and Operations Management
• Experience in Production Management and Manufacturing Operations
• Expertise in Quality Control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and encourage teamwork
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Production/Mechanical or related field
