Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for a Bar Manager. The Bar Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing the bar, including maintaining stock levels, managing staff, creating promotional campaigns, managing customer service, and overseeing training of new staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Experience in Training and Sales
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of liquor and bar-related laws and regulations
• Certification in bar tending or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or related field is preferred
