Overview:
The Voice Process position plays a crucial role in the organization by handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction resolving issues and fostering positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and efficient customer support
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Manage and process customer orders
- Stay updated on product information and company policies
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes
