Location: Mumbai (Andheri East - Near Station)
Job Description:
· On-boarding (verification's, documentation, induction, training etc)
· Generalist Activities (Employee engagement/relationship, payroll, PF's, events, CSR etc)
· Post Recruitment- induction/orientation seminar to new employees, and explaining new hires the organizational work culture, policies and procedures.
· Administration - Payroll Administration, Preparing documents such as non-disclosure agreements, contracts/appointment letters and SOP manuals. Employee database management.
· Employee Relations - for a positive work environment. HR is like a bridge between maintaining relations between Management & employees
· Miscellaneous Activities (Preparing various reports - Analyzing Jobs/Hires -quarterly/half yearly/annually sometimes daily)
