Job description
Urgently hiring Purchase Manger for Casting, Forging ,Rubber and plastic raw materials.

Candidates must have knowledge of end to end purchasing process. Candidates who have worked with OEMs like Royal Enfield, Bajaj,TVS and major parts manufacturing companies in same role will be a good fit.
Required minimum 10 to 15 years of job experience.
Candidate will play a vital role in managing the procurement process for various components and Raw materials such as Casting/Forging/Rubber /Plastic, necessary for the production. You will be responsible for ensuring that we maintain an efficient and cost-effective supply chain while meeting quality standards and delivery timelines.
Vendor Management:
Identify and evaluate potential vendors for quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and delivery terms.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, addressing any issues that may arise and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
Material Procurement:
Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure the timely availability of materials required for production.
Coordinate with various departments such as production, engineering, and quality assurance to determine material requirements and specifications.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders accordingly to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory.
Quality Inspection:
Work closely with suppliers to ensure that purchased materials meet our quality standards and specifications.
Implement quality control measures, such as conducting inspections and audits, to verify the quality of incoming materials.
Address any quality issues or deviations promptly, collaborating with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
Cost Optimization:
Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Optimize purchasing processes to minimize costs, reduce lead times, and streamline operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value engineering opportunities and alternative sourcing solutions.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the procurement process.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor performance evaluations.
Prepare reports and analyses related to procurement activities, including cost breakdowns, savings achievements, and supplier performance metrics.
