Position: Senior Manager HR
Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
Duration: Full time

Education:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overlooking - Life Cycle Management of an employee (Onboarding, EXIT etc.,)
- Responsible for Internal and External HR-related Audits and Compliance.
- Conducting Induction for new employees.
- Implementing New Policies, procedures, and programs.
- Responsible for Statutory Compliances
- Responsible and Accountable for Payroll Management
- Conducting various employee engagement activities.
- Responsible for Performance Management System
- Working closely with the management
- Flexible to travel if required
- MIS reporting
- Employee grievances
· New initiatives
o Organisations policies
o Implementation of any new tools related to HR management
o CSR Activities
· Legal
o Handling all legal activities. Being a SPOC for any legal activities related to employees from the organization
· Marketing Collaboration
- POSH Compliance officer
- Support the leadership team in driving the desired culture and ensuring that the values of the organization are upheld at all times
Required Skills:
- Entire education from schooling should be in English Medium
- Strong Experience In understanding of organization development, resourcing, capability development, compensation & benefits, performance management
- Experience in Employee Engagement
- Should have experience working in an IT (Software Development/Services) company.
- Ability to work closely with business leaders by understanding their needs and designing and rolling out HR solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Very good presentation skills.
- Handling work smartly under pressure
- Ownership of payroll processes, payroll reports and analytics, reconciliations
- Knowledge of State and local employment laws
