Job description
Job Description: Order Processing using our internal tech platform and SAP. Conduct final-level negotiations and coordinate with vendors. Handle payment processing against orders to vendors. Processing of sales orders, which includes verifying correct pricing, part numbers, and ensuring that sales contracts and all company practices/policies have been followed. Assist with new product releases and other projects within the orders department. Interact with customers, Sales, Credit and the Finance departments daily. Must provide an excellent level of customer service to all internal and external customers and meet or exceed our agreed upon SLA-Service Level Agreement. Responsible for Order entry and review and release of orders
Required Skills & Background: Adaptability to High-Pressure Growth Environment 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry. Strong Problem-Solving Skills Effective Negotiation Skills Displays a high level of confidence in decision-making and communication. Past Start up experience is preferred Proficient in SAP usage.
