Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers with their queries.
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with patience and empathy.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate channels for resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective resolution of customer needs.
Requirements:
• A graduate degree from a reputable institution.
• Linguistic proficiency in English and Hindi/Kannada/Malayalam preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
