Lawyered is developing a legal-tech platform to help commercial and private vehicle owners effortlessly tackle on-road legal issues on-the-spot, backed by our network of 70K lawyers covering 98% of the pin-codes and tech-driven interventions.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a focus on B2B sales to lead our expanding sales team.

As a Sales Manager - B2B, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance sales culture within the organization. This role demands a strategic thinker who can lead by example, inspire a team, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve B2B sales objectives.
    • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, driving revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Personally engage with key B2B clients and decision-makers to build relationships and close strategic deals.
    • Oversee the acquisition and retention of B2B clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Analysis:
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and enhance overall customer experience.
    • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Budget Management:
    • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the B2B sales budget.
    • Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Utilize market intelligence to refine sales strategies and maintain Lawyered's competitive edge.
Qualifications

  • Essential:
  • Proven track record of 5-7 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field].
  • Desirable:
  • Experience in the Logistics Supply Chain, legal-tech or related industry.
  • Advanced degree in business or a related field.
