Job Overview

ILP Overseas | International Learning Planners is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources while supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks. This is an internship position with a duration of less than 1 year. The selected candidate will work closely with our HR team to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of human resources principles and practices
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain HR records, including employee profiles, attendance, and leave management
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
