Job Title: Product Excellence Manager - Jewelry Industry Job Overview:

As a Product Excellence Manager in the jewelry industry, your primary focus is to ensure the highest quality, design, and overall excellence of our jewelry products. You will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, with an emphasis on incorporating customer feedback, Net Promoter Score (NPS) insights, and quality assurance measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewelry design, production processes, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards for all jewelry products, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. Implement customer satisfaction metrics, including NPS, to assess and enhance product quality. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to specifications. Supplier and Vendor Relations: Work closely with supply chain team to ensure they align with quality standards and customer satisfaction goals. Establish communication channels to address and resolve quality issues promptly. Collaborate with suppliers to implement quality improvement initiatives. Team Leadership: Implement training programs to enhance team members' understanding of customer expectations and quality standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team. Customer Satisfaction and NPS: Monitor and analyze NPS scores and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase NPS scores and overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve customer concerns related to product quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Product Management, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (6-10 years) in the jewelry industry with a focus on product development, quality management, and customer satisfaction. Strong understanding of jewelry design, materials, and production processes. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a cross-functional team. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences in the jewelry industry.
