Job Role : Sr. Executive- Customer Support
Exp : 3-8 Years Location : Lucknow, Nagpur A Leading Office Automation MNC Roles & Responsibilities Ø Should have Service Centre Management Experience Ø Should have Strong Basic Technical Knowledge Ø Technical Experience on IT products Ø Experience on product like Printer /Scanner/Projectors will be preferable Ø Knowledge on Excel and CRM Based applications Ø To ensure any escalation is responded on priority. Ø To ensure escalation is resolved in 24 hours. Ø To effectively communicate with End Customers, Sales partners, & Salespersons to bridge the gap. Qualification Any Graduate/Diploma / Postgraduate B.E/B-Tech (CS/IT/ECE/EEE)3+ year Experience from CS-Service centre Background Prefer Skills: customer service,printer,projectors,crm based applications,scanner,it products,excel,basic technical knowledge,crm,service centre management,technical experience,customer supportJob tags
