1. Achieve the sales target against the plan AOP of the year
   

2. Work with supervisor in product development of Inverter Lithium Battery
   

3. Work with Operation team to reduce the Transportation Cost and Operational Cost
   

4. Build distribution network with support from ground sales team
   

5. Build Service network across India
   

Requirements

1. Freshers Interested in Solar Energy
   

2. PreferredBtech/Diploma/BBA/MBACandidate
   

3. Great communication skills fluency in both English or Hindi or regional language
   

4. An attitude to get things done willing to work minimum 3 years
   

5. RigorousfollowupandNegotiationSkillstobuildrelationshipwithDealers/Distributors.
