We specialise in A2P (Application-to-Person) SMS solutions, WhatsApp API, and other Business Messaging services, serving a diverse clientele globally. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior A2P SMS Account Manager.

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills and a proven record as an A2P SMS Account Manager. As the Senior Sales Manager in SMS services, your primary responsibility will be to expand our client base and drive growth within the SMS Industry. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing important customer accounts, developing strategies to maximise revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new leads to expand our client base. Managing important existing customer accounts, developing strategies to maximise revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and capitalize on business opportunities to achieve company growth targets. Actively participate in the Aggregator International Department, aligning efforts with strategic plans. Manage global Customers and grow international accounts while delivering exceptional customer service. Generate innovative ideas to create new revenue streams and enhance existing ones. Develop and implement effective promotional strategies to retain current clients and attract new ones. Ability to understand and analyze the industry and market; collect and analyze information, facts/figures, and quickly catch up on any complex issues. Commercially astute, with the vision and drive to excel in this challenging role and in a rapidly growing sector. Capacity of initiative, working with a high level of autonomy and result-oriented, organised, and careful with details. Positive and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of SMS Account Management experience for Wholesale Clientele. Excellent understanding of the A2P SMS Ecosystem with established industry relationships within Bulk SMS (Wholesale-Enterprise, OTT, Business Messaging, Long Numbers, Short Code, VAS, etc.). Extensive professional network in the SMS Wholesale industry. Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any other language(s) is considered a high advantage.
